I might have paid a slight (and I mean very slight) bit extra for Mr. Young's services, but it was worth every penny. Mr. Young is second to none, in service, responsiveness, reliability, knowledge, experience and outcome. I would not consider using anyone else. I also have others I know that have used Mr. Young for complicated criminal cases and the feedback I received before retaining him for myself was the same, second to none and excellent outcome when the odds were against them!

Aaron Goforth was a great ally to have and an excellent attorney. He walked me through the steps that he was taking while the staff at Hatch, Little & Bunn took care of all the paperwork quickly leaving me with piece of mind. Aaron fought for my needs and ensured that the end result had no effect on my insurance as this was a traffic citation from an officer looking to meet their quota. Mr. Young represented our concerns very well. My only concern is he sometimes does not communitcate with us as much as we would like. He does what is necessary but we would have liked to know more detail

Working with lawyer Aron and attorney Little was a great pressure on me. I was in a stressful situation where a pre-K teacher lied that I slapped her while removing an insect/ bug from her face. I intended to help her so that the bug does not bit her in the face. But she calls the police on me after she told me to go home. That landed me in a tribunal, this is how I came across Hatch, Little, and Bunn, L.L.P.

In my experience, Attorney William D. “Bill” Young IV of Hatch, Little, and Bunn LLP handled my case in a way that I found disappointing, particularly regarding his communication, professionalism, and impartiality. Responses were slow, and conversations were difficult to follow due to a condescending tone and unclear explanations. I often felt dismissed and struggled to get clear answers. I also felt his close ties to law enforcement influenced his perspective, making his advice seem less in my favor. He acknowledged my case fell under federal jurisdiction but did not initially disclose his firm’s referral practices, and I was left without guidance despite requesting referrals. After I paid, he advised against the action I initially sought. Conflict-of-interest checks were never discussed. Scheduling was difficult, and in our final interaction, he yelled at me and abruptly hung up. Looking back, I feel I would have been better off with different representation.

No communication, did not guide me through the process. Had 2 different lawyers. They never called me to provide an update. I only got letters that were clearly templates that were not revised for my situation and mailed to me. No explanation on why costs changed on what I owed them.
