I was very disappointed with the lack of up front communication with this group. They were sneaky about finding ways to get money. They didn't tell me that there was a fee for every email that the admin sent. She would attach the layer to even the most basic email (ex: me sending address for document), which then was a $30 fee per email. They need to communicate the fees much better. After spending $1,000 for one document, I then get blindsided by being asked for another $1,000. I know things come up, but proper communication is key. Especially during an emotional time where you feel vulnerable, it felt like they took advantage. Also, my initial gut instinct after speaking to Chris the first time was that he was cold and pretty rude but I let it slide, but I should've trusted my gut from the beginning.
