I retained Attorney Jennings 2016, 2 months after my surgery. My employer’s short term provider called me 3 weeks before physical therapy was scheduled, asking when I was returning to work. Roller coaster ride throughout due to games by short and long term providers. Mr Jennings and his paralegal Ashley came through on several occasions when my scheduled pay was held up or they shorted my pay. From filing date until my hearing was 29 months. At the hearing Mr Jennings was prepared to win.

This was July 9, 2009. I was in an automobile accident. I knew Mr Adams. When this accident happened being single left my parents in charge. They knew Brent was the one I'd want on my side. While I focused on my battle to recovery Brent went to battle for my financial future. He fought against a large insurance company to secure a fair settlement. I still turn to him for advice and would recommend him still today.

They are terrible.Wouldn’t return calls or give you updates on your case.Paralegals are rude and unprofessional.I was never told what my disabilities were.I would not recommend this firm at all for a disability case
