I retained Attorney Jennings 2016, 2 months after my surgery. My employer’s short term provider called me 3 weeks before physical therapy was scheduled, asking when I was returning to work. Roller coaster ride throughout due to games by short and long term providers. Mr Jennings and his paralegal Ashley came through on several occasions when my scheduled pay was held up or they shorted my pay. From filing date until my hearing was 29 months. At the hearing Mr Jennings was prepared to win.
