Hired Attorney J. Heydt Philbeck

I have consulted Heydt Philbeck on several occasions with employment law matters of great importance to our company. His advice and communication while thorough, is also very concise and on point. I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all - very effective. As an example; a recent case, which on the surface seemed to be quite simple, was being handled by a law firm we have used as a general business counsel for over 20 years. The case became more and more complex until we appeared to be headed to trial in Federal Court. After 7 months of negotiations, legal actions and incurring significant legal expense; I transferred the case to Heydt Philbeck. I transfer the case because the complexity required his professionalism and known expertise. Inheriting a seemingly impossible quagmire, Heydt managed to obtain a very favorable settlement on our behalf in 6 weeks. Heydt Philbeck has our highest recommendations as a trusted legal counsel
