Hired Attorney Mr. Douglas Portnoy

I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Portnoy. From the very first email, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. I initially reached out with a general inquiry but wasn’t able to pay right away. By the time I contacted him again — pretty last minute, with my court date sneaking up — he still took my case without hesitation and handled everything from start to finish. He was super easy to reach, always quick to reply, and confident in every interaction. He clearly knows what he’s doing — he explained everything in plain language, was reassuring throughout the process, and clearly has deep experience handling these cases. On top of that, his fee was very reasonable compared to others I looked into, which made things even less stressful. He got my case reduced to improper equipment, which means no impact on my license or insurance. I was expecting a headache, but he made it quick, smooth, and completely worry-free.

Hired Attorney Mr. Douglas Portnoy

Doug was wonderful. I was at a loss after receiving a ticket whose court date was on a day I was on a long planned vacation. I didn't want to just pay the ticket and take the insurance and license points, but I couldn't miss my vacation either. We met for 15 minutes to discuss my case and he told me not to worry that it would be taken care of and I should enjoy my vacation. He was able to handle my situation and had the ticket dismissed! I can't thank Doug enough for his help in my case.
