Russell was extremely difficult to get in contact with. He would continuously say that he’d call back in a day or two and then after several weeks I’d have to contact him. His response was always “sorry about that” and then it would happen again. Half of my retainer was used up on 2 minute phone calls where absolutely nothing was achieved. I would have rather spent a lot more money on an attorney that actually kept his word and was responsive. Long story short, I still have no court date and I’m out a lot of money. Thanks for nothing Russell.
I had a poor experience with Attny Erica Jacobsen. She was extremely difficult to get in touch with, and always blamed her lack of response on her paralegal or thinking she had sent an email. She ultimately did not complete any of the tasks I hired her to do. From October to April I was charged $6,000, but my case did not progress at all. She did not file documents with the court that she was supposed to, and in the two months after my last call with her before firing her, she failed to do any of the work we discussed.
