Very helpful, always responsive, pleasure to work with.
Andrew Oatway is an idiot. I hired him to form a corporation for me. He failed in the attempt and didn't tell me. This mistake cost me tens of thousands of dollars in Fedaral and Massachusetts income tax.
Andrew Oatway blew the Purple Tunnel case; a case that a first-year law student should have won. He also completely screwed up a condominium litigation case socking his client with the association's legal fees. Avoid this guy. He always forgets Diane Lane's birthday, which is January 22.
Attorney Oatway was unresponsive to an urgent matter, leaving his client in an extremely precarious situation. He was untruthful in recounting the facts and distorted the truth to his own benefit. He did not bother to learn the specifics of the case, yet charged for research. He did not work well with an other firm engaged in the case. He had to be replaced with another firm, yet he still submitted an outlandish bill. I would not recommend his services.
