Mr. Geisel handled a dispute I had with an insurance company whose client failed to yield and caused a vehicle accident. The client was entirely at fault but yet his insurance company attempted to assess me 15% responsibility. Mr. Geisel expeditiously issued an demand letter and the insurance company responded by assigning 100% liability to their client, thus saving me money. Excellent service.
