He was very knowledgeable, but very slow to respond. I know people who did the same immigration process without the services of an Attorney and completed the process several months before Unga Fale was able to do so. He waited until he had several clients prepared before he sent off our paperwork which delayed me several months and the process was put on hold for a technicality and he never called and let us know. Also, he himself seemed surprised when I called and told him. It was pathetic!
He will swear to tell the truth and then proceed to lie. If you're into that you'll be into him. Some people like moralless liars I don't though
