It was important that we find an attorney that handled a case like ours and specialized in construction defects. We are still in the process of the legal procedure and do not know the outcome. The attorney was very helpful in explaining how the case would take a long time and what we would need to do as far as gathering information about the damage to our home, getting reports from the city and county etc. So far we are very pleased and would recommend the firm. We hope for a good outcome.
My family hired Steven Hassing to draw up a trust. He was suggested by someone at the mortuary, I wonder if the person at the mortuary is getting some kickback from this guy. We were presented with documents that had multiple grammatical errors and missing important items in them. I spent 40 minutes going over the needed changes, mistakes that should’ve been caught by him, including multiple apostrophe “s” (‘s), indicating a possessive tense when that was not the case. He first tried to pin the mistake on his paralegal, but then said it was something wrong software used to draft the trust documents. He then proceeded to ask for an additional $250 for those changes that needed to be made. I went to file the warranty deeds drafted by this guy and there were multiple mistakes on those documents as well.
Reed Adams is the WORST Lawyer I have EVER dealt with. He should not be trusted and he is the reason why lawyers have a bad name. I settled my case and I lost money for using him. I could have received more if I had handled the case myself than if I hired Reed Adams. I would NEVER recommend anyone go him. It took months for any communication with him, and I was the on initiating every conversation. He is HORRIBLE!!!
