My family hired Steven Hassing to draw up a trust. He was suggested by someone at the mortuary, I wonder if the person at the mortuary is getting some kickback from this guy. We were presented with documents that had multiple grammatical errors and missing important items in them. I spent 40 minutes going over the needed changes, mistakes that should’ve been caught by him, including multiple apostrophe “s” (‘s), indicating a possessive tense when that was not the case. He first tried to pin the mistake on his paralegal, but then said it was something wrong software used to draft the trust documents. He then proceeded to ask for an additional $250 for those changes that needed to be made. I went to file the warranty deeds drafted by this guy and there were multiple mistakes on those documents as well.
