John Larochelle represented me for a juvenile matter a number of years ago. Being that I was underage, John helped guide me through the process and made sure a careless mistake I made as a teenager did not hinder my ability to lead a productive and prosperous life. John explained the legal process to me very clearly and concisely. He made sure I had a firm understanding of my own case and he made sure I truly understood the gravity of the charges that were brought against me while helping to navigate the entire process. With John’s help, I was able to move past this without having to carry the stigma of the charges with me. I couldn’t have been happier with John’s candor and attention to detail. In 2005 I hired John Larochelle to change custody to me from my ex-wife. I knew that this would be almost impossible as I lived in Texas and my Ex-wife and daughters ages 3 and 4 lived in Rhode Island. Mr. Larochelle argued my case in family court and won! My Ex-wife attorney then argued this case with the Rhode Island Supreme court which put a hold on me bringing my daughters back to Texas on a technicality as the presiding judge did not stipulate the reason of the changed custody in the court documents. Mr. Larochelle argued my case again with a new trial and was granted full custody and I brought them back to Texas. 15 yrs. later I am writing this review because without Mr. Larochelle my daughters’ lives would be certainly different. I am proud to say my oldest has enlisted in the USAF and younger daughter has been accepted to the University of Texas to study neurology

From the moment I met John, he was professional and sincere and displayed a lot of enthusiasm toward my case. He explained what needed to be done step by step until I was satisfied with what he told me. He handled the matter quickly and completely and I would highly recommend him to handle any and all legal matters for you. I find John to be talented, humble and very sincere. He will also work for you to see that you get the best outcome possible. When you call or email John and leave a message, he is sure to respond promptly.

I contacted John in the evening to address a bad situation that was getting worse. John got back to me within 15 minutes. I discussed my problem with John and hired him the next day. John always updated me about negotiations he was having had with the other side - emails and phone calls. In the end, John got a better result than I expected. John Larochelle is my lawyer for life.

After doing some research and a free consultation with John, I hired him to be my divorce/child custody attorney and have had no disappointments. Though our case is still in the works, John's passion and work ethic leaves me not much worry. He responds quickly to emails as well as quickly and effectively to motions; his availability is impeccable for someone so busy and in-demand, he works through the weekend as well as late nights. Aside from just trying to "win", he cares about his clients well-being, and really listens to your concerns and does well with assuring that he will fight and work tirelessly for the best possible outcome. I did not wind up hiring Mr. Larochelle only due to my not having the financial means to do so at this time, however he was very curtious, helpful and seemed very compassionate.

John creatively thought of out-of-the-box solutions to resolve my legal issue. He always got right back to me with thorough answers and explanations with any questions I had. He was impressively knowledgeable and always prepared. Most impressive was John’s ability to articulate complicated legal matters clearly, concisely, and in an easily understandable manner. John has a personable, friendly demeanor and genuinely cares about the people he works with.
