NOTE THAT NOTHING IS EVER GUARANTEED! Mr. Jay C. Paul represented my case in family court, and I have been impressed throughout the entire process from the moment I met his staff, Mr. Paul himself, until the final overall court decision. Please note, Mr. Paul is prior service for those of you who are in the military. I gave all details about my case to Mr. Paul and did not withhold any information. I can tell you firsthand that he does not waste your time as you should not waste his because he is there for YOU. Danger***Do not use this lawyer if I would even call him that. He is a scam lawyer at best. At times it feels like he is working with the opposing lawyer, just to quickly close your case. He is very, very, very argumentative and he does not do all the research that he says he does, he just takes your money. He didn’t even know how to do a military retirement calculation sheet. Told me a bunch of BS and I did more research than him, he probably should have paid me. At least that’s what it felt like and that’s not what a good lawyer does. He has poor operating skills and he is super slow with cases because he is a one man show. Please don’t waste your time or money, I wasted my money and I should’ve saw the signs as soon as I walked into his office. I repeat if you need a lawyer stay away from him, go get a lawyer in Richmond or further from his other lawyer friends because games shouldn’t be played with peoples lives. I am not a betting man but this guy ain’t it.
