About Mr. Levi S. Wolf, Esq.

Levi S. Wolf was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and educated in the Pottstown elementary schools through sixth grade. He graduated from The Hill School in 1989, earning membership in the Cum Laude Honor Society. Mr. Wolf began his undergraduate studies in the University of Pittsburgh College of Engineering, where he was an Engineering Honors Scholar. He then transferred to the University of Pittsburgh College of Arts and Sciences, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and holding minors in Anthropology, the Classics, and the History and Philosophy of Science. Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Wolf studied at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1996. During the summers between years at law school, Mr. Wolf volunteered at the Berks County District Attorney's Office, becoming a Certified Legal Intern in 1995, and representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at preliminary hearings. Mr. Wolf joined the firm in 1996. He is licensed to practice before all Pennsylvania courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a full member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Berks County Bar Association. Mr. Wolf is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he was the former Treasurer and longtime Council member of the Solo and Small Firm Practice Section, and a winner of the Solo and Small Firm Section Award. He has lectured for many years at the PBA Bar's Solo and Small Firm Practice Section Conference as well as numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Wolf's community involvement includes prior service on the Borough of Pottstown's Historic Architecture Review Board (HARB), and acting as solicitor for the Carousel at Pottstown project. He has served on the TriCounty Performing Arts Center Advisory Board, the Advisory Board to Project HEARTH, and the Board of Governors of Congregation Mercy and Truth. Mr. Wolf lives in the downtown Historic District of Pottstown. He was one of the inaugural Pennsylvania attorneys to become certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2013.

I felt very confident using Mr. Levi S. Wolf. He was very personal, polite and followed through with everything he said. He stayed right on top of situations and was in good communication with me at all times. He was never too busy to talk or listen, and his calm nature helped me to relax, therefore, making it easy to communicate with him. I have to say I did not experience this with another lawyer. I would highly recommend his services to others.

Divorce is never an easy thing to go through and navigating the legal process can be overwhelming and at time, counter-intuitive. Mr. Wolf provided sound guidance, cogent advice and friendly support through one of the darkest times in my life. Unfortunately, my proceedings were protracted and messy. Mr. Wolf was consistently available throughout the three year period. With his counsel, I received my divorce, custody of my children and child support.

Since my injury is job related I did not know what to do or where to go. I search the Web and came to Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C. web site. After reading other sites, I made an appointment with Levi Wolf. At my initial visit, Levi made me feel at ease and explained the process of Pennsylvania’s Workman Compensation. I have been on medical disability multiple times for hand surgeries. Each time Levi has filed all legal forms and followed through till I returned to work, even after.
