Hired Attorney

Ulysses expertly represented me against a former employer, whom included discriminatory text messages in their communication to me after I disclosed I was in a protected class. He has advanced knowledge of EEOC fillings and helped me navigate through this process by communicating our claim of discrimination against a $4B company. While the settlement wasn't huge, it was meaningful to me. The company did a lot right to protect themselves and dodge accountability and Ulysses was able to negotiate a settlement amount nearly 10X higher than the other side agreed to pay. I trusted the process, trusted Ulysses' strategy during the mediation, and trusted in myself that I was doing the right thing by advocating for myself. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
