High honors for Attorney Bendt for effective advocacy in personal injury cases involving an out of state motorist. Attorney Bendt is easy to work with, negotiates with insurance companies assertively; he's efficient working on complex personal injury cases. I am a Georgia resident and my son is a New York resident; our accident occurred in Washington, DC. Atty. Bendt navigated all jurisdictional matters efficiently and managed our case to a very satisfactory conclusion. 10 on a scale of 1-10.
