Hired Attorney

Ulysses expertly represented me against a former employer, whom included discriminatory text messages in their communication to me after I disclosed I was in a protected class. He has advanced knowledge of EEOC fillings and helped me navigate through this process by communicating our claim of discrimination against a $4B company. While the settlement wasn't huge, it was meaningful to me. The company did a lot right to protect themselves and dodge accountability and Ulysses was able to negotiate a settlement amount nearly 10X higher than the other side agreed to pay. I trusted the process, trusted Ulysses' strategy during the mediation, and trusted in myself that I was doing the right thing by advocating for myself. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
