GAIL J. LAMCHICK was born in Providence, Rhode Island. She was admitted to the California bar in 1983
Education: Clark University (B.A., cum laude, 1976); University of Santa Clara (J.D., 1983). She holds honors from Phi Beta Kappa and wrote for the Santa Clara Law School. Law Review. Gail Lamchick is a member in the Santa Clara Bar Association; State Bar of California; and Consumer Attorneys of California. Practice Areas: Personal Injury, wrongful death, products liability, and public entity liability.
Prior to law school, Gail Lamchick worked for a non profit delivering pre-trial and ex-offender services to individuals caught up in the criminal justice system. This work included bail funds, alternative release programs and criminal diversion.
Gail Lamchick began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney. She also practiced family law. in 1994 she shifted the focus of her practice to the representation of injured and disadvantaged people. She has successfully resolved hundreds of injury cases through mediation, arbitration, and jury trials. She has been a judicially appointed arbitrator and mediator in Santa Clara County. She spent several years on the Santa Clara County Court's elimination of gender bias task force.
In 2007, Gail Lamchick joined the Law Offices of Boris E. Efron as an associate litigation attorney. She became a partner in 2018.
