Attorney Wayne R. Coulter has been devoted to estate planning and administration since receiving his law degree in 1969. He spent his first three years of practice handling estate tax matters for the Internal Revenue Service, learning how the government taxes your assets when you do not have an effective estate plan. Attorney Coulter continued to concentrate on estate and trust law after joining one of the oldest law firms in Port Richey, Florida.
In 1985 he was in the first group of approximately 75 attorneys statewide meeting the educational, ethical and experience standards to become a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Attorney. Fewer than 350 of the approximately 70,000 lawyers admitted to practice in Florida hold this distinction. He now proudly provides in-depth legal guidance exclusively in the areas of estates and trusts law and holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review RatingSM from Martindale-Hubbell®.
Attorney Coulter received the Florida Bar Meritorious Public Service Award in 1995. His extensive community involvement has included work with the American Heart Association, All Children’s Hospital, the West Hernando and West Pasco County Chambers of Commerce, and the Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind of Pasco and Hernando counties. He supports the needs of the Florida Suncoast community, connecting directly with you to provide individualized estate planning service.

Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Went to Mr. Coultor for a simple will. Having never done one I was little apprehensive how to proceed, however he made me feel at home and relaxed. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. One of the reasons I chose Coultor is because I was looking for a Christian attorney law office. He affirmed my statement about being Christian including a poem about how we are here to help others! 😊. The front office staff was polite, friendly and the office itself is clean and welcoming. I will recommend to others.
Delzer, Coulter & Bell offer top-tier estate planning. Their attorneys are professional, thorough, and compassionate, ensuring a smooth, stress-free process. Highly recommended for expert legal guidance! Outstanding estate planning services! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having a Will done can be stressful but at the office of attorney Wayne Coulter in Port Richey our experience with his office was an excellent one. We had the pleasure of having Mr Coulter handle the making of our will. He is extremely knowledgeable, and all our questions were answered. We highly recommend his office.
It is with great pleasure to submit my review of attorney, Wayne R. Coulter. Introduction to Mr. Coulter came when my wife and I were seeking an attorney to draw up a Last Will & Testament and Durable Power of Attorney for each of us. We are most fortunate and grateful that our search was successful. Through the experience, professionalism, and compassion of Mr. Coulter (and his wonderful staff) our current and final wishes are now protected, and can be followed and fulfilled. Thank you, Mr. Coulter, you are THE BEST! James Ridder
I had set up an appointment for my mother to have affairs put in order for when she passed away, her estate wouldn't have to go through probate. When we arrived for our appointment, it was discovered that I should have brought along the deed to the house and the title search too. They waited for me to go home, get safe deposit key, go to the bank and then I returned within 35 minutes. Then the preparation, execution of Last Willand Testament and Durable Power of Attorney were completed. I was very happy that I didn't have to return at another time to complete what I did today for her. I really appreciated Wayne R. Coulter going out of his way to accommodate my 93-year-old mother. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for his skill sets.
Mr. Coulter prepared estate planning documents for myself and my husband. He explained everything thoroughly which helped us make the right decisions for our family. The paperwork was done quickly and professionally. We are grateful for the help of Mr. Coulter and everyone in the office.
My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mr Coulter. Him and his staff are some of the friendliest and professional people I've ever worked with. Mr Coulter always had time to listen to us and to explain everything to us in a way that laymen can understand. Our documents are exactly what we want and would recommend Mr Coulter to anyone for estate planning. We went onto his office totally blind and came out feeling much more comfortable. Thank you very much.
Mr. Coulter prepared estate planning documents for a family member and we couldn't be more pleased with the services that he and his associates provided. We received referrals to several elder law firms and selected Delzer, Coulter and Bell because they are a father-daughter team with a depth of experience, board certifications in their practice areas, and their ability to prepare and file tax returns -- what a comprehensive combination! Mr. Coutler and his team were gracious in accommodating our schedule for the consultation, prepared accurate documents, and met with my family member the next day for signatures. The firm's immediate response left my family member with a new peace of mind that was wonderful to see.
