Basically they have more clients then they can handle and they charge for every little thing. I definitely would have chosen better if I knew before I used them .
Linsey Albinski represented me with my divorce that involved financial abuse and a child custody issue. Lindsey navigated through the child custody issue well but DO NOT use Lindsey in divorces involving any financial matters. Her overall lack of knowledge with asset distribution or having to prove a simple financial injustice almost cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in my settlement. The only numbers she seemed concerned with were her billable hours. Lindsey tried to convince me to accept 10x less than I ultimately received in an effort to avoid a “costly trial” The reason I was given was it would be hard to prove in court. Maybe hard for her was the true answer. I retained a new attorney with the financial skills needed in such a matter and he was able articulate my case to the court and a settlement was reached mid-trial. She is still looking for money for motions she wrote (wasted billable hours) that went no where in court and weren’t even finalized. STAY AWAY

This law firm represented my children in a divorce proceeding. My children currently see each other 4 days per month because of this professional law firm. It's been years after the divorce and they didn't lift a finger to communicate with my daughter (she reached out). Money is job one with this firm. The attorney went so far as to threaten to sue me while standing in court. The most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. If I had the time and money I would sue this firm for malice.
