Our team at All Injuries Law Firm includes experienced and caring legal professionals who work hard every day to bring successful resolutions for our clients in Southwest Florida, including Charlotte, Lee, and Sarasota Counties.

For more than 35 years, our personal injury law firm has represented those who have been seriously injured due to auto accidents, work accidents, slip and fall accidents, and cases of wrongful death. Our network of medical experts and providers attend to our clients and secure an evidentiary basis necessary to maximize the client's recovery.

Our research has shown that the majority of our clients are referred by prior clients and professionals who are familiar with our expertise in representing those who are injured.

Hired Law Firm

The firm was very quick to return calls and answer my questions. Attorney Sutter explained the process very well. I also dealt with Attorney Clark at an event who also was very helpful. I would recommend this firm hands down.

Hired Attorney Brian Sutter

Brian Sutter has been very responsive to my needs but has failed to push the insurance company to further accept responsibility for my injuries. He has been very helpful in the fact that I have had to turn over medical bills for payment to my insurance company. He seems like a very nice and fair man.

My case is ongoing at the time, but I do believe I am very satisfied for now by the service I have received. I however, am not satisfied with the insurance company in which I am dealing with at the time and Doctor.
