Mr. DiRito and his firm are only concerned with billing. He used a "cookie cutter" approach in handling my case. He did seem willing to work for me, but is not able to answer specific questions. Often times, I heard about emails that Mr. DiRito sent to opposing counsel from my ex-wife. It would have been nice to have at least known he was having communication. When I called the firm to express concern over issues and ways that I thought the firm could improve, I never received a response.
He is incompetent! I lost everything because he did not prepare my case.
He ask me question that he told me he was not going to ask me but did !
He fumbling through papers during an embarrassing silence, made him incompetent! Do not use this guy! You will lost everything.
