The Law Office of David M. Goldman was founded by lawyers who have been clients in the past. As a result, our services, fees, and business objectives are centered around our client's perspective.

We believe that communication is the key to successful business relationships and will strive to be available to meet your needs in a timely manner.

Our Florida based law firm uses the latest technology to help us be as responsive as possible. The law firm uses technology to help us keep costs reasonable. We try to use flat fees whenever possible to avoid billing surprises. In most cases the flat fees even include faxes, copies, and long distance calls.

We know many people do not have time during the day to discuss their legal issues; therefore our lawyers are available after hours to discuss your issues. Working with David to prepare our Living Wills, Wills and Revocable Trust was easy. They sent us some basic forms and turned them into legal documents with very little back and forth communication. When we had our face to face with David, he was prepared and took the time to go through the highlights of the documents and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask questions. We never felt rushed. He also has a great sense of humor which can be nice when dealing with what can be a pretty depressing subject…getting this life in order to move on to the next!

Making sure that my affairs are in order for when it’s time for the great beyond has been on my mind for years. With covid being “the new normal” it was time to put what’s been on my mind into action. If your in search for a lawyer or firm I recommended highly The Law Office of David M. Goldman PLLC. We had an excellent experience getting our wills done. Because of Covid, we were able to complete everything remotely. David was able to explain the process clearly and went over the documents in detail to make certain we understood them. Overall we are very pleased and will do business with David again if the need comes up.
