Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, P.A., is one of the largest tax and estate planning specialty law firms in North Florida. Established in 1978, we’ve maintained a concentration on tax law throughout decades of growth. Hired Attorney Robert Miller

I received correspondence from Robert "You better not be recording me" Miller. He was hired as a 3rd party attorney by Wells Fargo. That correspondence stated Wells Fargo has no knowledge of any real estate owned by our deceased mother. Thing is our mother owned several pieces of real estate. When I spoke to Mr. Miller it seemed he wanted to confuse things more than they are already confused. He mentioned that he could possibly set up a call between myself and Wells Fargo. I informed him that might be good if we have all beneficiaries on the line and we recorded the call. Mr. Miller then become very emotional and agitated over the idea he himself might have been recorded. When an attorney is billing an account at $470/hr shouldn't a beneficiary of that account have the right to record?

Beverly Furtic, PA Review: Not Recommended. Seemed to make it determined and relentless goal of adding voluminous questionable efforts , and additional billing charges including services of another lawyer plus, their billing charges.and "many hundreds" of repetitive telephone calls all, increasied the total billing cost over and above and extraordinarily higher than the total billing cost that was originally set out to and anticipated by the now, deceased trust owner to settle his estate.
