Ms Schulte provided closing services for the buyers of my property. From inception she gave me the impression that she had not done many closing. She had the closing at 9am on Friday before a holiday Monday. She advised that if we closed after 1pm I may not see my proceeds from the sale till Tuesday. We closed at 9 am! All realtors were paid, she was paid, keys were released to the buyers. However I did not have funds released to my mortgage co. nor my account. Finally on Tuesday at 10:30 am she went to her bank to release the funds to me & my mortgage co. She never communicated with me on this delay until I reached out to her. Totally unprofessional, unethical if not border illegal. I requested reimbursement for interest charged from my mortgage company, interest lost with my proceeds & rent paid on sellers having possession without paying me. She threatened to sue me for harassment and extortion! Extortion?!? I simply wanted reimbursement! Find a competent attorney, not her!
Terrible, she defended my client to steal our money, we completed the work as agreed and more. She jumped at the end to negotiate the last payment for no reason. Threatened me personally and my business. Was assigned as point of contact between me and my client but decided instead to send her assistant tell me that I'm going to be blocked. I took legal action against her client, she used her power to protect a thiefe. Even after they paid she lead a harsh dispute. Unprofessional, rude and in human. Stay away from her and her team. She just wants to Bill hours to keep her retainer by attacking hardworking honest ppl. Our case if still open if anyone would like to reach out for verifications.
