I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I relied on him because I never had a DWI and he gave me misinformation and I ended up not being able to drive for an extra 6 months. I called him about the misinformation and he screamed at me and told me I had not given the correct information, but when I had someone look at the original judgment, I was told that Ms. Menzel was wrong. He also spoke to my boyfriend about our call without my permission breaking the client-attorney privilege. if you hire him make sure you check everything out, he says and realize that he will be late to court
