Patrick T. Gartland concentrates his practice in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, real estate and transactional law. He has broad based experience representing banks, mortgage companies and businesses in all aspects of commercial and residential lending transactions, debt restructurings, loan workouts and foreclosures.
Patrick represents residential and commercial clients in real estate transactions, commercial leases and other real estate matters as well as buyers and sellers of small businesses.
He also represents banks and other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and consumer loan collections.
