Hired Attorney

Daryl, Jamie and Mary make the office warm and home like. They think of so many more things that I would have thought about on my own. They were helpful, punctual, and personable. Their office is convenient to down town Plattsburgh. There is ample parking.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Bowen has years of experience handling bankruptcy matters. He seemed to have a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Chapter 7 Trustee. Mr. Bowen and his staff were easy to work with, and helped us not to feel guilty about filing. Mr. Bowen and his staff, gave us helpful and accurate information about what to do and what to expect after getting our discharge. They did their job, and we were glad we hired them.

Hired Attorney

We dealt primarily with the attorney's wife, who is his paralegal. Mr. Bowen did not attend our court appearance(his wife came instead), and we felt poorly prepared, even after asking many questions. This office is NOT detail oriented; asking for documents they already have, repeating many questions, giving conflicting advice several times, poor language skills(spelling, grammar). Legal issues are stressful enough, they made it worse!
