At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

I am a retired law enforcement officer and know a little about the law. Having worked with Gordon and Partners in the past and winning my case made my decision to hire them for my new case a no brainer. I spoke with Mr. Gordon about my case, he was very professional and knowledgeable on every aspect of my claim. What I found is that the Paralegal assigned to my case went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. Jodi Jackson was home sick on one occasion and reached out to me to ensure I was taken care of. This is the kind of team effort every potential client should look for when considering a law firm. Just for the record we won our case and received more money than I was expecting.

In lieu of pursuing a diminished value claim directly with the at‑fault driver’s insurance and having already completed the lengthy repair process, I chose to work with Gordon & Partners. After spending months navigating repairs, I didn’t want to take on another project by handling the DV claim myself. Although this additional pursuit took some time, they were extremely insightful and experienced at pursuing maximum compensation given the laws and their vast experience in this area of law.
