Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Andy played a critical role in protecting and preserving the intellectual property rights of our company. His expertise in trademark law helped us navigate a complex and confusing process of registering our trademarks. He’s a skilled trademark attorney that provided valuable guidance and counsel on a variety of legal issues, from selecting and protecting a brand name to resolving any disputes and defending against infringement claims. His dedication to his clients' success and commitment to upholding the integrity of the trademark system make him an invaluable asset to our business and protect our brand identity.
Over the past few years I have worked with Rapacke Law for trademarking my business and logo. It couldn’t have gone any smoother from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all of my needs, concerns and questions. I was treated like family. Their expertise in patenting, trademarking etc. is unmatched ! I highly suggest Rapacke Law.
I recently had the pleasure of working with The Rapacke Law Group for my trademark application filing and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the entire process. From the very beginning, they were extremely prompt and responsive in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Their communication skills were top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Not only were they quick to respond, but they also managed to complete my trademark application in less than 5 days. Their attention to detail and thorough understanding of the process made me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire process. Plus, they were able to get my trademark approved much faster than I anticipated. I 100% recommend Rapacke Law Group for anyone looking to protect their intellectual property. Their responsive service, knowledge, and professionalism are truly unmatched and I'm now the proud owner of a registered trademark for my business.
Mr. Rapacke is great! Very knowledgeable and a quick response. He is also very easy to work with and professional.
I have been impressed with Andrew from the start. He has been knowledgeable, patient, and professional every step of the way. He takes the time to truly understand the client's needs and, despite an obviously superb grasp of the intricacies and implications, he ensures someone non-legal like me has a full layman's understanding before moving forward. If you don't have Rapacke in your corner, you should.
I would highly recommend Mr.Rapacke to anyone in need a Patent Law attorney. He is very knowledgeable and extremely competent.
Andrew provided me the information I was looking for, regarding copyrights and trademark infringement.
Andrew is honest, hard working and highly competent...he is viewed as an extension of our team. He works diligently to develop an IP strategy that supports our company's vision. His firms innovative fixed pricing on patents is refreshing. Andrew is responsive and with over 15 patents filed, he has always met our deadlines.
1 star. My experience was poor communication during a time-sensitive patent prosecution matter, including confusion over USPTO Office Action updates, billing, RCE strategy, and transition handling. I ultimately lost confidence in the firm’s responsiveness and client communication at a critical stage.
Once you sign their contract, prepare to beg. The first draft deadline for the contracted non-provisional patent application was catastrophically missed. The reason? The lawyer the RLG outsourced my application to, who lived in another state, missed the initial deadline and then went on vacation. He then slow-walked the draft reviews and ran out the clock until the filing deadline (a classic fixed-fee lawyer move). No problem for RLG, as they’ll happily file your application in an unfinished state with more typos and mislabeled figures than a third grader’s paper. I begged them to fix it and was ignored. Some associate in Colorado then called to collect the rest of their fee, unaware the application wasn’t complete. I begged the RLG to finish the application himself, but was ignored. I begged again, and 45 days later, I received a partial response that addressed only a fraction of the necessary work. Years later and $1000's of dollars wasted and no resolution from the RLG. AVOID.
