Prior to hiring Liu "Margaret" Yang I was very apprehensive because of how long the situation had been going on and I had very little time left to get a resolution or get charged a large sum of money. I needed help with a mortgage modification. I tired on my own for about 9 months making no headway with my lender. She got back to me in one business day or less with any questions or concerns I had regarding the modification process. I was on the covid 19 forbearance plan with my lender and if I didn't come up with a huge lump sum of money would probably not have my home anymore. Ruth gross was able to get me back on track with my mortgage through the modification and my payments were less than they were before. She got me a fresh start with my mortgage with payments that are more manageable. For that I am forever grateful.
