Hired Attorney

I had the pleasure of connecting with Neda for some recent modification issues that my ex had frivolously filed for. My situation was extremely complicated, but Neda took the time to listen completely, to everything. She crafted a very robust defense that led to a quick ruling in our favor at the TO hearing and a subsequent "non-suit" by my ex. In addition, we were able to recover a majority of the incurred attorney's fees. She was truly an answer to prayer during a difficult time! (And I can't leave out how wonderful her Paralegal, Season Gayler, was - she was always on top of all paperwork and documentation, and kept everyone in the loop with all communication between the courts and involved parties. One of the best!!)
