Hired Attorney Mr. Shawn Ismail

I had been to several Law firms to take up my old case. My original Lawyer passed away in 2013. and my last appeal, in 2012, was still pending. I was referred to Shawn by a fiend of mine in 2017. when I meet Shawn for the first time He impressed me by his calm demeanor. We talked about my case, he opened up a law book on Family Code, and read a part out to me, and explained this might win the case for me. He then filed the appeal in Tarrant County Courts in 2018 . We finally got a case number and in April 2021, and a appointment to review my case with all parties involved. long story short his Knowledge and Words convinced the Judge in my Favor . Mr. Shawn is a Good Man and a Great lawyer, his Skill level in all legal issues are Advanced and very Driven to Succeed. I will definitely use Shawn again and Highly Recommend him to all! Thank You Mr. Shawn

Collection agency was not operating within bounds of the law. Law firm successfully sued and recouped their cost plus cost of the original bill. Our intent had not been to get out of the bill, but to help protect other consumers from unethical business practices.

This firm was easy to deal with. I spoke with the Senior Partner (Charles Sexton) on my initial visit and felt they would take care of my needs. I only spoke to the lawyer that actually handled my case by phone on a few occasions and once in person, but if I ever had a question they were quick to get back with me. Since I was unable to do much due to my disability, they did a good job of taking care of everything for me and I did not have to appear in court to get approved.
