I probably wouldn't have gotten on disability without them
Number one they use Covid as an excuse of never been able to get a hold of you and that they’re really busy so they can put you off for days The communication I found very poorly then, when you show your displeasure with this group, the main lawyer will call and act really tough with you and explain how she owns the company.
Their motto is "don't give up". But my case is a hard one to win, so they didn't take it. They left a brief message and never told me the reasons why they wouldn't take my case. I tried calling back numerous times and never was able to reach anyone again. I would've liked to talk to someone as to what I needed to fix. At least that.
