Joe helped me win my case after I was wrongfully terminated. He was very attentive and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in a similar legal situation. He was also very empathetic and understanding of what I was going through. Great support.

Hired Attorney Joseph Chivers III

This is a revision of a previous review. I hired him to negotiate the terms of a settlement agreement. He forwarded me copies of the contracts, and I agreed to their contents. The documents I later signed were significantly different from those initially sent to me, and I would not have signed them if I had been aware of their terms. He did not inform of the changes made.

Hired Attorney Joseph Chivers III

Lack of knowledge on tax laws cost me several thousand dollars in income and payroll taxes. He withheld information from opposing counsel which would have helped me but would have reduced his fees. Did not return my calls after final settlement.
