Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC is a law firm established in 2001 with an office in Pittsburgh, PA. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing matrimonial law, family law, premarital agreements and 13 other areas of law.
Very complicated case, consequently it took longer than expected hence more money than initially thought.
MD( lawyers initials) , refused to listen to our wanting to go to partial custody… she said it’s easier to get but would be to burdensome to do( for her) She went in front of a judge in September telling him she was going to prove all the things she put in our motion and when we had our hearing in January presented none of them she wrote a draft for our document that was going to be used in court on 17 January three days before my hearing then sent a different draft on the 19th (16 hours before my hearing )and it literally stopped mid sentence. I had no idea what we were presenting in court. She had me agree to a PFA saying we were going to prove in court that this PFA was retaliatory. She never even brought it up.She never objected to the obvious, she had a 1/2 hour phone conversation with opposing counsel ,billed me for it never told us what was discussed, blamed Judge Costa saying he overstepped his bounds, but she never objected to anything he did. Go elsewhere for help.
She is a piece of work. And is great at false information. Don’t hire her!! She plays games and for the amount of time needed for her she made it so much harder for me.
