Did I win my case? Yes. Am I happy I went with them? Absolutely not. When I spoke with the paralegal we spoke about filing an appeal for my unemployment and then following up with a lawsuit against the company and possibly even the coworker directly involved and was told that I "definitely" had a case. I paid nearly $2k for to win back my $6.4k, which I wasn't happy about, but I thought itd be worth it to have a lawyer for what I really wanted and deserved. I got my ruling and now all of sudden they don't have time for my real case. The reason I went to them was for a traumatic experience and now I have to go tell more strangers about it and take even more time when I know there is a statute of limitations, so I will now have less time to build a case with a new lawyer. Now I feel taken advantage of again. I absolutely regret my choice.

Made up a senario to scare the crap out of you so you would pay the $3500 retainer then sent a few emails which company basically laughed at and refused then stated they couldn’t do anything more! Made it seem like a totally win situation on initial call but as stated, a con job to get the $3500! Wanted additional money to “pursue” case further! If it ain’t won by now it ain’t gonna be won with more money! Worthless! Stay far away! Don’t believe the bs given initially! Use the EEOC to fight!

Hired Attorney Kayla H. Drum

I had a very unpleasant experience with Kayla Drum, who started to works with my case. For the 3 times I told her my story, what happened at work, and why I open case against of my previous employer. Finally when I and my attorney Kayla Drum come to mediation, my attorney had no any idea about what happened with me. When mediator asked Kayla Drum for the papers, she gave papers from different case. When I did not want to accept the offer from opposed side, attorney Kayla Drum become aggressive and started to push me that I must agree to this offer, other side I will have to pay 30-40 grants, and I will never win this case. Mrs. Drum acted not as my lawyer but as the lawyer of the opposite parties. I had second mediation with Jude (it was two weeks later), and again my lawyer had no any idea about case. She even did not know the different between 1099 and W9 bonuses. Please stay away from this "lawyer".
