I came to Jeffrey Pollock with a relatively small and frankly silly case, but Jeff took me and my case seriously and helped me navigate the situation in a favorable way.

Jeffrey was referred to me by a client who had been through a particularly difficult divorce. He did an amazing job dealing with my very difficult ex. What was supposed to be a simple signing of papers turned into circus of nit picking and ridiculous demands. Mr. Pollock handled every new situation without hesitation. Jeff is Honorable, Ethical, Brilliant, Compassionate, and Kind. Jeff has represented Jimmy with loyal, conscientious, competent, prepared, organized, affordable, and caring legal counsel. I live in Colorado and Jeff is my set of “Eyes” on the situation in Pennsylvania who keeps me informed. He has drafted and sent excellent letters to the VA informing them they are holding Jimmy hostage and in prison. The VA social worker keeps telling Jimmy that she never received the POA documents, which is blatantly untrue because they were sent certified and signed for by the VA.
