I appreciate Attorney Ainsman and his office for always being there to answer all my questions. Attorney Ainsman is compassionate, patient and understanding attorney. He's a very honest attorney and I felt he was respected by the other attorney's. He worked hard for my settlement and I was more than pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him ..

Hired Attorney David Ainsman

I felt that he didn't fight hard enough for compensation. I didn't agree with all of the suggestions. And his fee was astronomical.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
