About Michael P. Otto

Michael Otto was born and raised in Iowa. Mr. Otto received a B.S. in Marketing from Iowa State University in 1990, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He then went on to graduate from Drake University School of Law with a J.D. in 1994. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Iowa Bar Association. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1996, and has been located in the same office space in Piscataway for the last twenty-three years. In addition to his work as a New Jersey as an attorney, Mr. Otto is also an active volunteer in his community. He has coached a variety of local recreation department sports, coached club level softball, volunteered with the Cub Scouts in Morris County and worked on several ministries within his church. He lives in Roxbury Township, New Jersey with his wife and four children.

Mike is the only lawyer I have worked with that is 100% effective. He is a true professional. Everyone goes through tough times, his services are second to none. He knows the laws. During my divorce he helped with chapter 13.

Anyone that needs real estate advice from a competent attorney, Mike Otto is that Attorney. We had one of the rarest filings and the case was beyond tough. I am glad we had Mike on our side of the table. Mike took the burden off of our shoulders, explained the options to us and we prevailed in the end. His expertise, empathy, courtesy and responsiveness made this stressful situation tolerable during these past 20 months. You will never regret having this professional on your side of the table.
