I didn't have enough hands on with the lawyer. My case was dismissed in the beginning because all papers were not filed and my car could have been repossessed and that really scared me because i filed bankruptcy for protection and to pay off debts owed. The error was corrected and i filed Chapter 13 and later converted to Chapter 7 if i had it to do again i would really want the lawyer to explain the pros and cons to me upfront.
Simple to use, successfully handled my problem without much hassle.

When I needed them the office in Eldorado, AR had just opened so they were not up to full speed yet. I'm sure things have improved by now.
When you have questions or need to speak to your attorney, you must set up an appointment for a time for them to call you back. It is usually about 2 weeks after you call that you get an appointment. Then the attorney doesn't call you at the appointment time. Sometimes it's an hour before or 30 after, and if you miss the call you have to reschedule.
Need to make the client feel like you actually want to help instead of the feel of being rushed.
