I used Joel Hoffman of Warner Angle for a divorce I was going through. Throughout the process his approach was more of a wait and see. I wanted to push for a default hearing and get it over with, he said we were hung up on a gentleman's agreement with my x spouses attorney. I feel like the intention was not in the best interest of me the client. I also feel that the practice of prolonging the divorce longer than it needed to be caused my case to cost much much more than it should have.
