Hired Attorney Thomas Henry Allen

In a profession often likened more to car salesmen, finding Tom Allen was truly a Godsend. He's the first attorney I've found to not only bring knowledge and expertise, but honesty, integrity and honor to his profession. With his humanness and empathy, he gave us a true picture of our situation without painting blue sky promises. And he's surrounded by an incredible staff who were always on top of our case. Both my wife and I have the utmost respect for Tom and highly recommend him and his firm.

Thomas Allen was very professional but also very down to earth and understanding of our situation. We could not ask for more than his firm provided us with. If we had questions, there was always someone to answer them for us. I would recommend Thomas Allen and his assistant Sherry Gomez to anyone that is seeking professional advise.

Going through a financial hardship was not easy for myself or my family. After consulting and discussing our situation with Mr. Tom Allen we had a clear understanding of our options. Not only was Mr. Allen easy to work with but his staff was awesome. I thank them for helping us get through one of the most difficult times of our life. Mr. Allen saved me from a truly rapacious hard money lender, Midland Loan Services, that attempted to steal from me a large commercial property I took over through a valid deed-in-lieu acquisition. We successfully threatened bankruptcy to delay their attempt to grab the property until I secured a far better loan through a local Yuma bank. Mr. Allen proved to be honest, ethical, thoroughly competent, and reasonably priced.

Tom Allen is extremely rude and arrogant (especially to women). Very difficult to have a conversation with as he does not like to give others the chance to speak. Especially would not recommend him if you are hesitant about filing for bankruptcy as he will be very "quick" to sell you on bankruptcy regardless of whether it is the right thing or not!
