Tom is quite knowledgeable about bankruptcies and the system. He has a fabulous, talented team (Sherry, his paralegal, is amazing) who worked very hard for us. When our trustee had not closed our case within the "allotted" timeframe, I was quite upset. Tom advised me (on more than one occasion) to be patient and hang in there. I took his advice and the trustee ultimately closed our case without a settlement 2 1/2 years after the original filing. Thank you, Tom!

Tom truly went above and beyond what was expected during our bankruptcy. His staff was always helpful and the follow up was great. If you are looking to file bankruptcy I would highly recommend that you meet with Tom Allen. His personality and demeanor makes the process a whole lot easier! Tom and the staff are great!
