Our family worked with Mr Pekas three times in 15 years. I would not trust any other firm and have recommended him to many others overwhelmed by the SSA. I am 100pct service connected disabled. Through this law firm I was able to get benefits. I had to go all the way to a SS judge and Mr Pekas was with me every step of the way. My husband had an on the job injury that forced him to leave a very lucrative project manager position after more than 340yrs in the field. He also won his case and also had to sit in front a judge. My daughter is a client. She was given an expedited decision. She has brain cancer and everyone we dealt with was very compassionate. Tiffany stated in our very first call, "I'm going to help your daughter. And she did. If there were a rate above 5 stars I would give them 50. They don't take no for an answer. Social Security seems to always give a NO. Mr Pekas does not give up.

Thank you for years of collecting data and dealing with paperwork deadlines its all overwhelming for my mother. (This comes directly from my mother, as typing is to difficult for her to do. )
Mr. Ober was very knowledgeable in the area of disability, and represented my physical disabilities well at my hearing. His staff is very efficient with paperwork and follow up, and I would definitely use his services again if ever needed and recommend him to others.

Very nice office to deal with. They answered any questions I may have had and if they didn't know they said that they would find an answer and get back with me no later than the following day. When it came time to go before the judge I was shaking and so nervous that Mr. Ober did everything he could to calm me down and explained everything that would go on inside with the judge like, what questions that they would have and what questions the judge would have for me. Said everything firm stated.
They were easy to talk with and did show a lot of care while we are going through the process.
They believed in me when the government did not and proved the government wrong. Caldwell and Ober always kept me up-to-date about the progress of my case.
