Jefferson Simmons saved my life. I am so amazed at all that he did for me. I got my 2nd extreme DUI in Phoenix in 2020, and another lawyer highly recommended Jefferson. From day one he just took the reins and was off like a rocket. While that case was still going on I was charged with a 3rd extreme DUI, which in Arizona is a felony with 6 months in prison. Jefferson took that case on as well and managed to keep it out of felony court, so it remained a misdemeanor. Ultimately, I was sentenced to only 36 days jail for Scottsdale and 26 days jail for Phoenix, and it gets better. He got the Phoenix judge to let me serve that sentence concurrently with my Scottsdale sentence, so max days in jail ended being 36 days. Jefferson is an amazing lawyer who no doubt truly cares about his clients. He fought so hard for me on both cases and kept me from having a felony on my record. I never once had to question anything or worry about anything. I will forever be grateful to Jefferson!
