Our family worked with Mr Pekas three times in 15 years. I would not trust any other firm and have recommended him to many others overwhelmed by the SSA. I am 100pct service connected disabled. Through this law firm I was able to get benefits. I had to go all the way to a SS judge and Mr Pekas was with me every step of the way. My husband had an on the job injury that forced him to leave a very lucrative project manager position after more than 340yrs in the field. He also won his case and also had to sit in front a judge. My daughter is a client. She was given an expedited decision. She has brain cancer and everyone we dealt with was very compassionate. Tiffany stated in our very first call, "I'm going to help your daughter. And she did. If there were a rate above 5 stars I would give them 50. They don't take no for an answer. Social Security seems to always give a NO. Mr Pekas does not give up.
Top notch firm. My mother dealt with Tiffany and Jolene mostly. They were both so sincere to her problems which helps tremendously. Thank you for years of collecting data and dealing with paperwork deadlines its all overwhelming for my mother. (This comes directly from my mother, as typing is to difficult for her to do. )

Very childish individual and incompetent in his duties for me. Since I fired him from my SSI case, I have had no interactions with Jeremy or his firm. I left a Yelp review of my opinion and my advice, and now getting harassing phone calls from Jeremy personally and voicemails in regards to removing my review and threats to interfere in my appeal. I thought reviews were of our own opinion and experience with a individual, now even leaving me voicemails of harassment to remove my review. No Good
