Donald Powell is a very good and competent lawyer, but he is impossible to get a hold of. It at time took him months to return my calls. This happened on multiple occasions. As a result, I would not recommend him.
He never answered mine or others calls. I took over a month to actually file the paperwork because he was too busy. He had a junior attorney attend my hearing even though he assured me that we will personally handle everything. I was very disappointed, especially for the amount of money I paidl.
