Amazing and dedicated. Jonathan Dessaules is the attorney you want if you have an HOA problem. He is honest. He is ethical. He is dedicated to having fairness and justice. His heart is into his work and that is why I am glad I hired him. Very rare individual that does not compromise on ethics. My experience has been that he listens and provides honest feedback so if you want an attorney that will honest with you, Jonathan Dessuales is the person to hire.
Jonathan Dessaules is a True Modern Day Crusader. I had tracked cases that were in the public eye where he righted wrongs in F.D.C.P.A., & other situations where the Behemoth was swallowing the regular jo. I was impressed. I found myself a target of a frivolous lawsuit. I went immediately to him, because I believed in him, and he was my Hero! Sparing me stress, & court appearances & hassle, He prevailed for me, & my good name remains clear. I strongly recommend him 2 anyone with a legal issue.
Jon Dessaules and his firm provided me with very professional skilled representation that gave me peace of mind let me continue to focus on my business while he dealt with the legal issues at hand. I have worked with some of Phoenix's most elite law firms and consider Jon Dessaules' firm in the same class.
Consulted about a HOA problem with a neighbor who has many violations and is an elected board member. I paid for a 20 minute consultation. I was sent an attorney/client agreement and charged a $3500 fee. That was @ 30 days ago and I have had no contact since and the HOA situation remains.
This lawyer took my employment case as a newly hired attorney halfway through my case. He took 2 months to tell me that my lawsuit had been written up in a frivolous manner by my former lawyer. He threatened to withdrawal as my legal counsel when I wouldn't settle my case for cheap. That was not in my best interest as a plaintiff. This lawyer should have told me to dismiss all of the legal claims initaly after reading my complaint. But he's a lawyer and wanted to have a reason to bill me.
